The University has campuses located in Southern Denmark and on Zealand. It offers a number of joint programmes in co-operation with the University of Flensburg and the University of Kiel.

SDU’s work with BIG Lab

SDU is examining political infrastructures and regional contexts of space of flows, contemporary and in history, with a special focus on re-bordering of trade regulation in the EU, through four lenses:
1. Decision-making processes and infrastructure: path dependency of re- and de-bordering?
2. Cross-border cooperation in a comparative perspective: mobili-ties, infrastructure and political support?
3. Germany-Denmark as best practice of conflict resolution and minority accommodation – but what is the added value in a comparative perspective?
4. Cross-border infrastructure challenges: the unability to admit cross-border unability
These four lenses will be implemented as short lecture workshops and/or roundtable discussions.
